These are our Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and all orders made through our website. Please read each part of our terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing from this website and or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they will form the foundation of any contract of sale between us and you. 

When we refer to “we” or “us”, we mean Urban4Design Where we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the customer.

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc supplies the e-commerce platform, through which we sell our products and services to you. All trademarks, trade names and logos whether registered or unregistered that appear on the Urban4Design website is the property of Urban4Design and is protected by UK and international trademark laws. The content of this website and the trademarks used on our website is the exclusive property of Urban4Design and are similarly protected by applicable trademark laws. You agree and acknowledge that the content and materials on this website are provided for our personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any such material for commercial purposes. You may not use or reproduce the Marks or any confusingly similar marks without our written consent.

Returns and Refunds Policy 

We offer a 60 day free return and refund policy. Once you have received your order, you have exactly 60 days to return it. We don't charge a fee for the refund. Returned items must be in an unused condition and undamaged, unless faulty. We cannot accept a return if the item is used and or worn, as well as intentionally damaged or damaged through improper use. We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund. Preferably return in the original packaging. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. 

We can reject your return request
We can reject your refund for some reasons, such as: We cannot accept a return if the item is in a used or worn condition, we cannot accept a return if the item was intentionally damaged or damaged through improper use, we cannot accept a return if the returned item doesn’t match the original order or parts/accessories are missing.

Sometimes we reject orders

We hold the right to reject orders at any time for any reasonable reason. Sometimes we can reject orders, this is for multiple reasons. For example, an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, Pricing, product info, or stock quantity was listed incorrectly due to a system mistake, Suspicious or fraudulent order or an unsupported shipping location. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly why we have rejected your order and issue a full refund for any purchase made.

Items purchased are strictly for personal use and may not be resold or used for commercial gain.

Delivery Information

We provide free delivery on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched we aim to have the order delivered in 2 to 3 days. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout and confirmed in your Order Confirmation email. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil your order by the estimated delivery date stated in your Order Confirmation.

These delivery times are not guaranteed and are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. For example, courier delays, adverse weather, or transportation issues that may prevent your order from arriving within the expected 2 to 3 day period.

Please note: The delivery timeframes stated above apply only to orders within the United Kingdom. If you are placing an order from outside the UK, we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, international delivery times may vary and can take longer due to customs processing and regional courier delays.

If you have not received your item 6 - 7 days after placing it, please contact us via the email address hello@urban4design.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your delivery.

We aim to ensure that all Urban4Design products are accurately described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose. All product images are for illustrative purposes only; while we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.

Your Rights if There Is an Issue with Your Product

We are committed to fulfilling our legal obligation to supply products that match the description provided on our website and meet all standards required by law. Your Rights

You have legal rights as a consumer, and it is our responsibility to honour and uphold them. These rights include: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:

If your goods are faulty, you can get an immediate refund (Up to 60 days),
If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases (Up to 6 months),
If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back (Up to 6 years),

Limitations of Our Responsibility

While we are committed to providing quality products and service, there are certain types of losses we are not responsible for. We accept responsibility for losses caused by a breach of this contract only in specific situations. We are not liable for losses in the following circumstances:

Losses That Were Not Foreseeable
We are not liable for any losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made. A loss is considered unforeseeable if it was not an obvious outcome, and if you did not inform us of any specific risks that would have made the loss likely. (in legal terms, the loss was considered unforeseeable)

Losses Caused by Delaying Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. This applies as long as we have taken the appropriate steps outlined in the section titled “Delivery Information” (which outlines circumstances such as courier delays, severe weather, or other disruptions that may impact delivery timeframes).

Losses That Could Have Been Avoided
We are not responsible for losses that could have been avoided by taking reasonable precautions or actions on your part.

Business-Related Losses
We supply our products for personal use only. If a product is used for business, trade, or professional purposes, we are not liable for any business-related losses, including loss of income, revenue, profit, or business opportunity.

We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products
